The main goal of the CABIMER Equality and Diversity Committee is to identify and promote initiatives that support equal opportunities in the professional career development of all staff members, with a particular focus on advancing the careers of women in science and other groups that may face discrimination in our workplace environment.
The Committee works to implement tools and strategies that help adapt the work environment and conditions to the diverse needs of employees, enabling them to carry out their professional activities at the research center under conditions of true equality of opportunity.
Our objectives are aligned with the general guidelines promoted by the Equality Units and Offices of the institutions that make up our research center:
