  • 3000 7G scanner with autoloader for a maximum of 40 cartridges and laser with excitation to 532nm
  • Bionalyzer® 2100 from Agilent Technologies (with vortexer MS S8/S9)
  • Nanodrop® ND-1000
  • Colony picking robot RoToR HDA from Singer Instruments
  • Microlab Star Robot from Hamilton
  • Beckman Coulter Refrigerated centrifuge, model Allegra X-22R (rotors F2402H, S2096 and CO650)
  • Multi-Beads Shaker MB5000E, a chilled homogeniser for disrupting cells from Yasui Kikai
  • 2 thermal cyclers, mod. Techne TC-3000
  • 3 Eppendorf centrifuges, mod. 5452 minispin (rotor FL121)
  • 1 Beckman Coulter centrifuge, mod. microfuge 18 (rotor F241.5P)
  • 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System, Applied Biosystems
